Returns
- To return products, you must notify us within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order. You can do this by sending an email to: shop@kryptonsport.pl or by writing to the store's postal address:

In your notification, please provide your order number and a list of the products being returned.
- The cost of returning products is the responsibility of the consumer (the purchaser) and must be sent back within 14 calendar days from the notification of the return request. The products must not be used, and we recommend packaging them in their original packaging.

NOTE:
We do not accept parcels sent by cash on delivery.
We do not pick up parcels from parcel lockers or postal points.
- Upon receipt of the returned goods, you will receive an email confirming the return and a subsequent email verifying the condition of the returned products. If the verification is positive, we will make a refund to the bank account provided in the withdrawal form within 14 calendar days, or we will process a refund if the order was paid through electronic payments. In the case of a negative verification of the returned goods, you will receive an email from us requesting contact.
Complaints
- In case of a complaint or defect in the product, please send information to the email address: shop@kryptonsport.pl or in writing to the store's postal address:

- The complaint description should include:
- personal details,
- order number,
- name of the complained product,
- description of the complaint/defect,
- photos of the defect.
- We will address the customer’s complaint promptly, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of submission.
